Activate your license

After installing Banaslap Studio, activate your license to connect your WordPress site to your Banaslap account.

Your license controls which features are available on your site, including store tools, analytics, memberships, updates, and connected services.

Before you start

Make sure you have:

• installed and activated the Banaslap Studio plugin;
• administrator access to your WordPress site;
• your Banaslap Studio license key;
• an active Banaslap plan.

Step 1: Open Banaslap OS

In your WordPress admin sidebar, go to:

**Banaslap OS -> Settings -> Stripe / Payments**

The license activation area appears at the top of the Payments settings screen.

Step 2: Enter your license key

Paste your Banaslap Studio license key into the **License key** field.

Your license key is available in your Banaslap account after purchase.

Step 3: Activate the license

Click **Activate license**.

If the license is valid, Banaslap Studio will connect your WordPress site to your Banaslap account and show a simple license status.

Step 4: Confirm your plan

After activation, the plugin unlocks the features included in your plan.

Depending on your plan, this may include:

• beat store features;
• license management;
• Stripe Connect;
• member downloads;
• Private Drops;
• VIP Early Access;
• analytics;
• plugin updates.

When to deactivate a license

You may need to deactivate a license if:

• you are moving your store to another WordPress site;
• you reached your site limit;
• you are replacing a staging site with a production site.

Only deactivate a license if you understand the impact on your current site.

Troubleshooting

### The license key is rejected

Check that the license key was copied correctly and that there are no extra spaces.

### The site cannot connect to Banaslap

Make sure your WordPress site can make outgoing HTTPS requests to the Banaslap API.

### The license is active but features are missing

Refresh the settings page and check that your plan is active in your Banaslap account.

### I changed domain or moved the site

Deactivate the license on the old site if needed, then activate it again on the new WordPress site.
