Customer dashboard overview
Understand what customers can access from their Banaslap Studio account area after purchasing beats or memberships.
Customer dashboard overview
The customer dashboard is the account area where buyers can manage their purchases, licenses, downloads, memberships, and private access.
It is displayed on the beatmaker's own WordPress website and helps customers find everything they need after checkout.
What customers can access
Depending on your setup, customers may be able to access:
- purchased beats;
- license information;
- license PDF files;
- download links;
- membership status;
- remaining member downloads;
- VIP Early Access;
- Private Drops;
- favorites;
- listening history;
- profile and license information.
Before you start
Make sure you have:
- installed Banaslap Studio;
- activated your license;
- connected Stripe if you sell paid products;
- created at least one beat;
- configured license options;
- completed a test order if you want to test the full customer flow.
Where the dashboard appears
The customer dashboard appears on the account page configured for Banaslap Studio.
Customers usually access it after logging in or after completing a purchase.
If the customer is not logged in, they may be asked to log in or create an account before accessing their downloads and licenses.
Latest purchases
The latest purchases section helps customers quickly find their recent orders.
A customer may see:
- beat title;
- artwork;
- purchase date;
- selected license;
- download access;
- license PDF access if available.
This makes it easier for buyers to return later and find what they purchased.
Downloads and licenses
After purchase, customers can access the files included with their selected license.
For example:
- MP3;
- WAV;
- stems;
- other files included in the license.
Customers should only receive the files included in the license they purchased.
Membership status
If the customer has an active membership, the dashboard can show membership information such as:
- active plan;
- membership benefits;
- remaining downloads;
- access to member-only content;
- VIP Early Access;
- Private Drops.
This helps customers understand what their membership gives them.
Profile and license information
Customers can update profile and license information used for purchases and generated license documents.
This may include:
- first name;
- last name;
- artist name;
- email;
- phone;
- address;
- country;
- buyer or company information depending on your setup.
Keeping this information updated helps generate cleaner license documents.
Private Drops and VIP access
If the customer belongs to an eligible membership plan, the dashboard can show access to:
- VIP Early Access beats;
- Private Drops;
- member-only releases.
Customers who are not eligible should not see private content.
